Dragons Faction and Harts of Albion events are brought to you in association with Scheming Demon

Please note that any additional information or clarifications on rules and regulations, and notes on particular issues will be mentioned in the event guide and on the Event pages

Please Note: In the following Terms and Condititions, for The Organisers refers to the Dragons Faction and Hart of Albion LRP

By attending this event, you acknowledge that

  1. The Organisers or any persons so appointed by The Organisers cannot be held personally liable for any injury or damage to any individual participating in the event.
  2. The Organisers cannot be held responsible for any damage to, loss, or theft of any personal or communal property during any event.
  3. The acceptance of booking applications is at the discretion of The Organisers.
  4. The Organisers reserve the right to refuse admission or participation in any event or part of an event to any individual at any time. The organisers are not obliged to give any reason or explanation for such a decision, but one may be supplied after a request in writing.
  5. Metal weapons or tools are NOT to be carried onto site.
  6. The Organisers will expel any individual engaged in illegal, defamatory, or dangerous practices during the event
  7. Any Events run by The Organisers operate with a strict 'NO CARD, NO EFFECT' policy. Any and all special items, potions etc. must be disclosed prior to the event. There are no exceptions to this rule.
  8. The organisers' decision is final in any/all disputes
  9. Any cancellations received up to fourteen (14) days prior to the event will be subject to a £10 administration fee. Any cancellation received after this deadline will NOT be refunded.
  10. The Lorien Trust is not responsible for any incidents at this event.
  11. LRP is a potentially dangerous hobby and you agree to act in a reasonable and safe manner during any LRP event. By attending this event you are agreeing to take part in safe combat and be struck by weapons checked by LT approved weapons checkers.

Your details will be stored and used for the purposes of booking and administering events run by The Dragons Faction, and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

All access to this website will be logged. The primary purpose of these logs is to help discover, and recover from, malicious attacks and attempts to glean personal information.

You will be required to sign a declaration of agreement to The Dragons Faction, Sanctioned Events and the Site Custiodian's regulations upon arrival at any events booked through this system. You will not be allowed to participate in the event until said declaration has been signed. If you attempt to participate in the event without signing the declaration, you may be ejected from the site.

Keeping your in character and real world information up to date is your responsibility, and The Dragons Faction cannot be held responsible for errors made due to out of date information.
