OOC Details

This is a High Threat, Medium Combat horror themed event set in Cymrija

Cost: £45 until 12th October. £50 after that.  Booking Close 31st October 2015.

Player spaces are limited to 40.  Priority will be given to Dragons Faction bookings until 12th September - after that they are open to all.  Monster spaces are limited to 20

Dates: 6th November - 8th November 2015

Location: The Alfrey Activity Centre, Broadwater Maxstoke Lane, Meriden, Warwickshire CV7 7HR

Catering: Caggles Catering Corp have kindly agreed to cater the event.
The cost will be £25. Please contact cagglescatering@gmail.com to request a meal ticket and to inform them of any dietary requirements.

Accommodation: Everybody who plays or monsters this event gets a bunk. We would like as few people as possible to camp as this is a small site and we want to make the most of the IC area.

Please note the following:

• Due to mature themes and content, the event is open to anyone aged 18+. In addition the event may feature some themes or set pieces of a violent or gory nature which some players may feel are not suitable for them.
• This is a horror themed event based on a small site, however there WILL be combat so please bear that in mind.
• This event is in November, and although there are bunk rooms and indoor spaces it may get very cold. Bring warm kit appropriate to the time of year.
